The Pakistan senior men’s cricket team has arrived in Zimbabwe ahead of their much-anticipated white-ball series against the Chevrons, which is set to take place from November 24 to December 3 at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
The series will kick off with the first match of a three-match ODI series on Sunday, followed by two additional ODIs on November 26 and 28. After the ODIs, the teams will compete in three T20 Internationals, scheduled from December 1 to 3.
Pakistan arrives in Zimbabwe fresh from a tour of Australia, where they showcased a strong performance by winning the ODI series 2-1, although they faced a clean sweep in the T20 series, losing 3-0.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe is coming off a successful campaign in the recent 2026 World Cup sub-regional qualifier tournament, having finished unbeaten in October, and they will aim to carry that momentum into the matches against Pakistan.
Historically, Pakistan holds a significant advantage in their encounters with Zimbabwe, having won 54 out of 62 ODIs and 16 out of 18 T20Is.
The Zimbabwe ODI squad features seasoned players like Craig Ervine, Blessing Muzarabani, and Sikandar Raza, while their T20I squad will see Raza captaining the side along with key talents such as Wessly Madhevere and Ryan Burl.
Both teams are enthusiastic about the upcoming series and are eager to make their marks in the international arena. As the matches approach, fans from both nations are looking forward to an exciting display of cricketing talent.
