A man recently shared his troubling experience of domestic violence during a gathering at Ebuka Obi’s Zion Prayer Movement.
In a video that has since gone viral, he revealed that he is a victim of @buse at the hands of his wife, an alarming situation that he felt compelled to address publicly.
The man explained that his struggles began when he would discipline their children. Each time he corrected one of them, his wife would retaliate by hitting him in front of the kids.
He pleaded with her to wait until they were alone to address any grievances, but she consistently ignored his request, instead choosing to confront him publicly.

This behavior has led to a concerning pattern in their household, as the children have begun to mimic their mother’s actions.
Instead of respecting their father’s authority, they now hit him back or retaliate with objects whenever he attempts to discipline them.
As he recounted his story, church members were seen laughing, seemingly dismissing the gravity of his situation.
The atmosphere shifted further when the wife became defensive, verbally @tt@cking her husband. It took the intervention of their children to calm her down and restore order.
The couple attended the church service with their four children—three girls and one boy—who now find themselves caught in the middle of this unhealthy dynamic.
In a related incident, a local community center recently organized a workshop addressing domestic violence and its far-reaching effects on families.
During the event, a woman shared her experience of witnessing her mother physically @buse her father, which had instilled in her a perception that such behavior was normal.
She emphasized that the cycle of violence often perpetuates itself, as children who grow up in abusive environments can carry those learned behaviors into their own relationships as adults.
