The Bindura Magistrates Court has declined to lift a police ban of a Citizens Coalition for Change rally in the town, ruling that an appeal by the party not urgent. Police prohibited the rally, due to be held today, on grounds that venue has no access road and toilets.

As long as the magistrates courts remain the places to go for these disputes, the opposition will NEVER get any joy because they are wholly captured by ZANUPF.
They take orders and never use law on matters that involve ZANUPF.
