ZLHR BREAKING NEWS: On behalf of an aggrieved parent of a rape victim, we filed an application at Harare High Court seeking an order for the issuance of a warrant of arrest for Bobby Makaza, a rape convict, who was recently released from prison through a presidential amnesty.
We have asked the High Court to declare as unlawful @ZPCS_PR‘s decision to release Makaza from prison after being convicted in 2019 & having just served some few years of his prison sentence. We want High Court to order the CG of @Police Zimbabwe to direct his officers to execute the warrant of arrest.
