Former Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC), Mkoba lawmaker Amos Chibaya, has appeared at Harare High Court for his bail appeal after facing incitement charges. The High Court Judge has reserved the Judgement to Friday the 22nd of November 2024.
The Citizen Coalition for Change (CCC) spokesperson Promise Mkwananzi has confimed the development.
“Hon @ChibayaCCC appeared at the high court for his bail appeal. Judgement reserved to Friday the 22nd of November 2024,” he confirmed.
Chibaya is @ccused of inc!ting the public to commit vi0lence following his address to CCC supporters at Harare Magistrates Court in June this year after their interim leader Jameson Timba was denied bail.
