The newly appointed Liverpool head coach and manager Arend Martijn “Arne” Slot has confirmed that the Uruguayan and Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez is in his plan in the coming season.
Liverpool striker, Darwin Nunez is currently away at the Copa America in the United States for national duty.
Desipite having10 games without a single goal, Darwin Nunez Darwin has assured that he will play a starring role for Liverpool next season.
“I just told him that, from what I saw, he played multiple positions and what positions – or position – I see him playing,” said the Liverpool head coach.
Slot sees Uruguayan striker fitting into his att@cking vision for the Reds.
“I assume he’ll fit really well into this playing style because I like him. I’ve told him that already, he’s one of the players I’ve spoken to,” Arne Slot said.
