The bail hearing of Pastor Paseka Motsoeneng, commonly known as Pastor Mb0ro, along with his co-accused, has been postponed, raising concerns regarding their financial responsibilities and the implications of their continued detention.
During the proceedings, Pastor Mb0ro conveyed his intention to secure bail, stating, “I have R3,000 available for bail.” He highlighted the urgency of the situation by discussing the recent torching of his ministry, the Incredible Happenings Church.
As the church’s accounting officer, he emphasized the need to assess the damage inflicted on the property, as his continued incarceration could financially impact the lives of the 30 employees who depend on him for their livelihoods.
Additionally, Pastor Mb0ro expressed his responsibilities towards his elderly mother and minor grandchildren, further stressing the importance of his release.
His legal representative, Advocate Dlamini, brought attention back to a point of concern regarding the verification of the accused’s address.
