England and Real Madrid att@cking midfielder, Jude Bellingham has saved the 10 man Real Madrid as they collect a maximum three points in their game against Valencia on Friday night. Bellingham’s 96th minutes goal gave the visitors a dramatic win.
Real Madrid was away to Valencia when they trailing one nil when Duro put Valencia ahead in the 27th minutes by tapping into an open goal after Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtios has blocked Javi’s first close-range effort.
Madrid pushed hard for an equaliser, but Bellingham missed a golden chance to score with a poor penalty that hit the post after Enzo Barrenechea’s foul on Kylian Mbappé in the 55th minute. Thirty minutes later, Real Madrid’s 39 year-old midfielder, Luka Modric who came as a substitute finally brought the visitors level when he beat Dimitrievski with a low shot off Bellingham’s through ball.
Few seconds before the final whistle, Bellingham sealed the the winning goal for Real Madrid to hand Valencia their first loss under the new head coach Carlos Corberan and remain second-bottom with 12 points, four points from the safety zone.
Real Madrid’s win sees Carlo Ancelotti’s side moved to 43 points, two clear of second-placed Atlético Madrid, who have a game in hand.
