Recently a renown Ghana University awarded Professor Elias Chakabwata ‘Best leadeship Consultant Southern Africa ‘ prize .
Professor Elias Chakabwata is the Executive President of Impact Training Institute, an organization that offer trainings and capacity building courses to Churches and Corporates.
He offers consultancy services to organizations and his area of expertise include Organizational leadeship and growth among many other competencies .
The award comes at a time that Impact Training Institute has just held a graduation ceremony that attracted students from different parts of the world .
The recently held graduation saw ladies graduating with certificates in beauty courses.
Professor Elias Chakabwata holds several academic degrees from local and international Universities. Recently he graduated with a Doctorate in Organizational Growth and leadeship degree.
Professor Daniel Dela who is the Executive President of Dominion Theological University based in Ghana described Professor Elias Chakabwata as a ‘leader par excellent “.

Professor Elias Chakabwata empower people and is one leader I have met who strongly believe in the power and potential of the African Child. We thank God for such a gift in our times ” said Bishop Dela on the eve of the awarding ceremony .
He further described Professor Elias Chakabwata as a distinguished Professor of Practical and Pastoral Theology.
