Hunter Biden, an American attorney and businessman, was convicted on all three felony charges related to lying about his dr_g use to purchase a firearm in 2018, violating laws aimed at preventing dr_g addicts from owning g_ns.
According to the Daily Loud‘s X post, “President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has been convicted of all three felony charges. He faces up to 25 years in prison.”
His conviction on all three felony counts comes as President Biden campaigns for re-election in November, and less than two weeks after his election rival, Donald Trump, was himself convicted of a crime in New York.
The charges could lead to a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison, although as a first-time offender, he is unlikely to serve jail time, according to legal experts.
This marks the first time a sitting president’s immediate family member has been found guilty of a crime while the president is in office.
Hunter Biden is the son of the United States of America’s current President, Joe Biden.
