Police in Kadoma have launched an investigation into a shocking m_rder that took place on November 1, 2024, at a residence in the Westview area.
The victim, identified as Eleson Tambudze, a 67-year-old businessman, was tragically gunned down in a vi0lent @ttack orchestrated by two unidentified male suspects.
According to eyewitness accounts, these armed assailants confronted the security guard on duty, overpowering him by restraining him with a shoelace, rendering him unable to intervene.
In a brazen act of viol3nce, the suspects then unleashed a hail of bullets, striking Tambudze four times and inflicting life-threatening injuries.
Despite the presence of the security guard, the att_ck unfolded quickly, leaving little time for a response.
Subsequently, medical personnel arrived at the scene, but unfortunately, Tambudze succumbed to his inj_ries due to the multiple gunsh0t wounds he sustained.
The police have since secured the scene and are gathering evidence to identify and apprehend the perpetrators of this heinous crime.
The victim’s body has been transported to the Kadoma General Hospital mortuary, where it will undergo a post-mortem to determine the exact cause of d3ath.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident or the suspects to come forward and report to their nearest police station.
