It seems CAG Travellers Coaches has found a creative way to test the patience and dignity of its passengers. Leaving a pregnant woman behind, ignoring pleas to wait for her, and displaying extreme rudeness is their new customer service standard.

A pregnant woman, who had stepped off the bus to relieve herself, was left behind by the coach driver and conductor, Zvikomborero Matsiye. Despite being just two minutes away from returning to the bus, the crew chose to prioritize their schedule over human decency.

The woman’s handbag and bus ticket were left on the bus, adding insult to injury. It’s clear that CAG Travellers Coaches values punctuality over people. Who needs empathy and compassion when you’re running a bus service?

CAG Travellers Coaches, have set a new low in customer service. We hope their  competitors are taking notes.
