The local leadership training hub Impact Training Institute recently held a one day Capacity Building Indaba which was attended by delegates from different parts of Zimbabwe .
Speaking during the indaba Impact Training Institute Executive President who is also the patron of the indaba seminars Professor Elias Chakabwata emphasized the need for integrity , transparency, humility and accountability among leaders .
