A tragic incident in Chivi involves Christopher Tsuro, a 59-year-old man, who lost his life during a night with Jenipher Gandiwa, a 48-year-old woman he hired for companionship.
The event, which took place on October 14, 2024, ended in tragedy when Tsuro allegedly demanded a refund of the US$3 he paid after being unable to have an !nt!mate experience as planned.
According to the police in Masvingo Province, Tsuro entered Gandiwa’s bedroom late at night and paid her for the service. However, by the early morning, he was dissatisfied and asked for his money back.

After she refunded him, Tsuro insisted on staying, which led to a confrontation between the two.
In the ensuing physical struggle, Gandiwa allegedly pushed Tsuro outside, causing him to fall and hit his head on the ground.
She then left him there, only to return later in the day and discover that he had d!ed.
The police were alerted, and upon arriving, they found Tsuro’s body, which bore a head injury. Gandiwa was arr3st3d and is now facing charges of murd3r.
Tsuro’s body was transported to the Masvingo Provincial Hospital Mortuary for further investigation.
