Acting President General (Rtd) Dr. C.G.D.N Chiwenga is slated to be the Guest of Honour at the inaugural Research for Agricultural Excellence Indaba, currently underway at the 114th edition of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show.
According to a statement, the Research Council of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society are co-hosting the Indaba under the theme “Research and Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Agribusiness Development”.
The primary objective of the Indaba is to facilitate the practical application of research findings in support of sustainable agricultural practices and to inform policy direction in the agriculture sector.
As the Guest of Honour, Acting President Chiwenga’s presence is expected to underscore the significance of research and innovation in driving sustainable agribusiness development in Zimbabwe.
