A European Muslim cleric has stirred controversy by claiming that certain fruits and vegetables, including cucumbers and carrots, can lead women to have inappropriate s3xual thoughts.
As a result, he believes women should be prohibited from handling these particular items.
The cleric, who has chosen to remain unnamed, asserted that due to their phallic shape, cucumbers, carrots, bananas, and zucchinis may trigger lustful thoughts in women.

To address this concern, he recommended that women requiring these ingredients for cooking should have male family members prepare them instead, chopping them into smaller pieces to eliminate any suggestive associations.
When questioned about how women should navigate grocery shopping without encountering these items, the cleric commented that this matter is between each individual and God.
