The commission of Inquiry has made a public announcement that it now requires complains from citizens of Harare through written submissions.
In the public statement the commission noted that they are looking for these submissions from Harare City stakeholders including all residents who have insights or information relevant to the commision’s mandate.
The submissions according to the commission of inquiry must include areas of financial management systems,property management systems and council meeting procedures among others.
Permanent secretary, Nick Mangwana further stated that if residents encounter,” heaps of rubbish unattended” to make their perspective known through written submissions.
The commission of Inquiry was established by President Mnangagwa in 2017 to investigate aspects of local governance by Harare City Council.
