Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit filed in federal court, accusing him of dr_gging and r_ping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.
The plaintiff, now 37 and referred to as Jane Doe, claims that after being dropped off at Radio City Music Hall, she was invited to the afterparty by a limousine driver.
There, she alleges she consumed a drink that made her feel unwell, suggesting it was spiked with a date rape dr_g like rohypnol or GHB.
The lawsuit details a harrowing encounter where she was followed into a bedroom by Combs and two unnamed celebrities, one male and one female.
According to her account, the male celebrity assaulted her first, followed by Combs, who allegedly attempted to force further s3xual acts.
Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied these claims, asserting that such allegations are attempts at publicity and maintaining that he has never committed s3xual assa_lt.
This legal battle follows a history of s3xual assault allegations against Combs, including a prior lawsuit from ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, which was settled.
More than 120 individuals have come forward with accusations against him, to which he has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
