Grammy-winning singer Chris Brown is under fire after being named in the shocking lawsuit against Diddy by producer Rodney Jones.
The case, filed in the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of New York, names Sean Combs, Justin Dior Combs, Ethiopia Habtemariam, Lucian Charles Grainge, Kristina Khorram, and several major music corporations as defendants.
The plaintiff, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, alleges a series of grave accus@tions, including s_xual ass@ult, s_x tr@fficking, and the illegal distribution of guns and drugs. The complaint details a pattern of t0rtious conduct that purportedly vi0lated United States Federal RICO Laws, spanning multiple states, including New York, California, Florida, and the United States Virgin Islands.
The case document contains highly graphic information of a s_xual nature and details of other alleged criminal activities. It paints a disturbing picture of misconduct and abuse of power within the upper echelons of the music industry. The inclusion of graphic images of the aftermath of a shooting and redacted pictures of s_xual int3rcourse further intensifies the gravity of the case.
Sections of the lawsuit allege that rapper Meek Mill and R&B singer Usher were getting smash3d at Diddy’s house. Singer and dancer Chris Brown’s name has now emerged in the disturbing document.
The producer’s lawyers revealed that the Loyal hitmaker once had tl0f tl0f with und3rage girls. The document read:
“Mr Jones has acquired irrefutable evidence of an R&B singer (REDACTED) in Mr Combs Los Angeles home consorting with und3rage girls and s_x workers. [He is a Grammy Award-winning R&B singer who had trouble with law enforcement after ass@ulting a Bajan Billionaire.]”
Bajan is a colloquial term for Barbadian people. It is also the name of an English-based Creole language from the Caribbean island of Barbados. Rihanna is a billionaire hailing from Barbados. In 2009, Chris Brown ass@ulted Rihanna during their relationship following an altercation.
