The Zimbabwe Republic Police in Masvingo arrested two individuals involved in the possession of dagga.
On May 18, at the 10 kilometre peg along Masvingo–Beitbridge Road, a Toyota Fun Cargo vehicle was intercepted, leading to the arrest of the driver, Nomore Shoko (46), and passenger, Merjury Liba (35), in connection with the unlawful possession of 5 kilograms of dagga.
Sources indicate that the dagga was discovered in two plastic bags concealed within Merjury Liba’s handbag.
