The Zimbabwe Republic Police is investigating a suspected food p0is0ining case which took place at Matoranhembe Primary School,Murombedzi after eight pupils started vomiting.
It is alleged that they started complaining of stomach pains after they consumed rice and soup which had been packed in a tiffin lunch box.The pupils were rushed to Murombedzi Rural Hospital for further treatment.
Through an investigation made by the police it is revealed that a fellow student brought two lunch box which she was instructed to give them away to these pupils of which he did.
It is further detailed that the parents of the pupil gave her clear instructions on how to share the food.
