Former Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) President and former minister of ICT advocate Nelson Chamisa believes that Zimbabweans are yet to have independence due to Zanu Pf rule which he believes is categorized by military rule, corruption, unfair allocation of natural resources and abuse of power.
Yesterday, Zimbabwe turned 44 years of independence. On the very day of independence, Chamisa wrote more than twenty definitions for independence on his own views.
In a twitter post extracted by Newsreportzim.com, Chamisa asked his fellow Zimbabwean that how was your independence day yesterday?.
“EYES ON THE BALL..True Independence in our lifetime!! How was your Independence Day yesterday? Have a blessed weekend.”
” Friday blessings to you. #Godisinit”.
Meanwhile, in another turn up of the events, CCC’s interim President Prof Welshman Ncube and Senator Sengezo Tshabangu were spotted at Murambinda where they were celebrating Zimbabwe’s independence.
