Former Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Mayor David Coltart is appealing to all motorist using the Bulawayo to Gweru road or vice-versa on Sunday morning to be extra vigilant and careful since the road will be used by riders in the Gweru to Bulawayo Cycle Road Challenge.

This coming Sunday the @CityofBulawayo‘s Flying Eagles cycling club hosts the annual 100 miler race from Gweru to Bulawayo. I wish all those participating good luck and a great ride.
I also appeal to all motorists using the Bulawayo to Gweru road on Sunday morning to be extra vigilant and careful. Please slow down and give these cyclists a wide berth when you pass them.
The Flying Eagles Cycle Club is the leading cycling club in Matabeleland and it participates in a number of local and national cycle road challenges.
