A food vendor has been arrested for allegedly using her dirty underw3ar while preparing drinks for public consumption in suspected get-more-customers juju scheme.
As reported on social media, the vendor specialized in a beverage called ‘Congo Dhast,’ which is made from millet or sorghum grains.
