Former MDC Alliance senator Lilian Timveos, who later joined Zanu PF, has passed away.
She d!ed on Monday morning at a local hospital in Harare after an undisclosed illness.
Timveos graduated from the Hebert Chitepo School of Ideology in April 2021 and was elected as a member of Zanu PF in the Zvishavane District.

She was one of the first former opposition leaders to switch to Zanu PF, citing issues like disorder and greed within the opposition.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Timveos, and their four children.
