Police in Tsholotsho have apprehended four suspects in connection with the murder of Somiso Ndlovu (45) in Bhule Village on June 13, 2025. The suspects, Musa Donga (45), Nkosilathi Nkomo (56), Benjamin Moyo (51), and Calbert Nkomo (45), were arrested and are currently facing charges of murder.
According to reports, the incident occurred when the suspects caught the victim breaking into a neighboring house while attending a funeral. The suspects allegedly assaulted the victim, resulting in his death.
In a national police incident, Police in Tengwe have arrested Advice Pendi (32) for the alleged murder of his 15-year-old niece, Mavis Pendi, on June 11, 2025. According to reports, Pendi accused his niece of having a love affair with an unidentified man, which led to a heated argument and ultimately, her death.
The police are currently investigating both cases, and the suspects are expected to appear in court soon. The incidents have raised concerns about community safety and the need for conflict resolution mechanisms.
