Four men have appeared at Hwangwe Magistrates’ Court in Matebeleland North facing ass@ult charges. The four were @ccused of ass@ulting a Victoria Falls man who is now late for snatching a girlfriend.
The accused persons were identified as Mbonisi Ncube (18), Bonginkosi Ncube (18), Langton Dube (22), and Moses Ncube (23).
According to court documents, “On the 8th of November 2022, the @ccused persons ass@ulted the now dece@sed at a bar in Chinotimba, Victoria Falls following an argument wherein the accused persons were accusing the now-dece@sed of snatching their girlfriend.
They struck him several times on the head and body with open hands, clenched fists and booted feet,” the document reports.
The Hwange magistrate has convicted and sentenced them for culpable homicide after full trials has been made.
