Loyd Phupa, a 51-year-old male, was arrested by the Southern Africa Regional Anti-Corruption Organisation (SARACO) members for selling dangerous dr-gs in Zororo Highfields, Harare. He was found in possession of 16 bottles of bronco and 6 satchets of dagga, also known as Skangi.
