Zimbabwean UFC fighter Themba “The Answer” Gorimbo and the Sports and Recreation Commission (SRC) have moved to resolve their standoff.
This after he met the Director General of the organisation Elta Nengomasha in Harare.
Gorimbo posted on his X account that the meeting was ‘to fix the flag on my kit issue and to also work on building mixed martial arts sport in Zimbabwe.’
“The meeting was good and needed.” Gorimbo said.
The fighter had caused a stir after posting derisory remarks, particularly aimed at Sports Minister Kirsty Coventry.
