A Grade 7 student at Makumimavi Primary School expressed heartfelt gratitude today to His Excellency President Dr. Emmerson Mnangagwa for his contributions to improving the education sector.
In an interview with the media, the student said, “I am very happy that here at Makumimavi, we now have computers and laptops in our new computer lab, new classroom blocks, and an ECD playground, just to mention a few.”
Tanaka Nyabonde’s remarks followed President Mnangagwa’s tour of Makumimavi Primary School, where he unveiled a plaque for the school and its new computer laboratory.
Additionally, President Mnangagwa commissioned the Makumimavi Primary School Business Unit, which includes a solar-powered borehole, two 10,000-liter storage tanks, a one-hectare drip irrigation garden, and two fish ponds.
