A 42-year-old man from Gutu, Christopher Mawarire, has been apprehended over allegations of public indecency. The National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe has revealed that Mawarire was discovered n@ked in the yard of the complainant, accompanied by an accomplice who managed to escape from the scene. The incident reportedly occurred at Testwood Farm in Masvingo around 3 am on March 13, 2024.
In an official statement, the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe confirmed that the case has been adjourned until March 28, 2024, when the trial will take place.
“The matter has been remanded to the 28th of March 2024 for trial,” reads the statement.
