Harare Gardens no longer safe – NSSA

In an effort to protect the well-being of their employees, NSSA’s security team has issued a warning for staff members and the public to exercise caution when passing through Harare Gardens.

This advice may have been prompted by recent inc!dents involving crime, security thr3ats, or d@ngerous individuals in the vicinity of the park.

A close reminder of such inc!dents is that of Norest Chimusoro who was brut@lly m_rdered at the Harare Gardens.

The NSSA security department has warned employees and public about potential d@ngers in Harare Gardens, citing recent chilling murd3r cases that took place in broad daylight.

The f@tal incid3nts involved armed r0bbers who reportedly used sharp w3apons, such as kn!ves, to thr3aten and intimidate their v!ctims, ultimately leading to their d3aths.

In these tragic circumstances, the victims were r0bbed of their valuables, such as phones and handbags, before being f@tally st@bbed

Read the statement below:

SECURITY ALERT

NSSA Mail

Dear Colleagues,

“Please be advised that Harare Gardens has become criminally ridden of late as there are two puzzling m_rder cases recorded that occurred in broad daylight recently where armed r0bbers st@bbed two v!ctims on separate occasions using sharp objects to subdue v!ctims into submission to hand over their valuables such as phones and handbags.

“This is indeed scary taking into account that we are juxtaposed with Harare Gardens, and we urge NSSA staff and surrounding neighbours to immediately desist from using Harare Gardens as a thoroughfare to either access passport offices or other related places close to Harare Gardens.

“Please take heed, life is precious and don’t be a statistic.”

Kind regards,

Security
