In a revealing new docuseries titled “The Fall of Diddy,” former personal assistant Phillip Pines has come forward with shocking allegations against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Speaking to journalist Mara S. Campo for Investigation Discovery, Pines describes a chilling incident in which he claims Diddy ordered him to have s3x with a woman as a way to “prove” his loyalty.
Pines, who worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021, has filed a lawsuit against the 55-year-old artist, alleging s3xual harassment, s3xual battery, and s3x trafficking.
He asserts that part of his duties included enabling Combs’ alleged s3xual activities. While Diddy is currently in custody in Brooklyn, facing charges of s3x tr@fficking and racketeering in connection with multiple lawsuits, Pines’ claims add to a growing list of allegations against the hip-hop star.
In the documentary’s recent episodes, Pines details the moment he felt pressured into participating in a s3x party after Diddy had been drinking throughout the day.
“Loyalty was everything” to Diddy, Pines recalls, stating, “the moment he told me to ‘prove myself’ is something I won’t forget.” Overwhelmed by fear, Pines reflects, “I froze… I didn’t know what was happening.”
During the incident, he claims that he ran away as soon as Diddy was out of sight, despite the woman involved giving her consent.
Pines, clearly shaken by the ordeal, also mentioned witnessing the r@pper’s violent outbursts towards staff members who opposed him, stating, “I thought to myself if I don’t do this, I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Today, Pines expresses deep remorse about the incident and regrets having stayed silent for so long. “I believed a bomb would explode if I ever revealed it,” he admitted tearfully, indicating that his Christian upbringing weighed heavily on him during these moments.
In response to these allegations, Diddy’s attorney firmly stated, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.” The attorney emphasized the importance of the judicial process in revealing the truth, asserting that Diddy is confident he will prevail in court.
The airing of “The Fall of Diddy” continues, with the finale set to broadcast tonight at 9 p.m. ET on Investigation Discovery and available for streaming on Max and Discovery+.
