Controversial Zimbabwean rapper Holy Ten recently opened up about the drama surrounding his involvement with South African artist Makhadzi, revealing how she unexpectedly chose to work with Voltz JT instead.
In an Instagram live session, Holy Ten discussed Makhadzi’s new album, *Miracle Child*, which features a song titled “FOREVER” with Voltz JT.
Initially, Holy Ten was slated to be part of the album, but when it was released, his name was missing.
Holy Ten explained the situation, saying, “I was removed from Makhadzi’s album because I told them I wouldn’t go unless I could bring my wife, Kimberly. After that, they decided to call Voltz instead of me. I don’t know who suggested it, but clearly, someone wanted to make a point.”

Despite his disappointment, Holy Ten tried to keep things positive. “I told my friends we should celebrate Voltz. It might have seemed like I was jealous, but honestly, I was happy for him getting to work with an international artist,” he said. “They used me, but I chose to focus on the bigger picture. If Voltz does well, it reflects positively on all of us in the Zimbabwean music scene.”
Fans had mixed reactions to Holy Ten’s heartfelt confession. Some felt he was overreacting, while others sympathized with the pain he expressed. Comments ranged from playful jibes to supportive messages, reflecting the lively online community.
As the drama unfolds, one thing remains clear: in the world of music, alliances can shift quickly, but the passion for the craft continues to unite artists.
