Honest Nkomo (34) has been apprehended by police in Mdlambuzi in connection with the brutal m_rder of his wife, Milikani Moyo (27), which occurred on July 16 2024.
The incident took place at their home in the Ntambana, Khame area. It is alleged that Honest Nkomo discovered his wife sprinkling an unknown substance in the plate of porridge he was supposed to eat. Enraged by this discovery, he struck her on the head with a pick, inflicting fatal inj_ries.
Tragically, Milikani Moyo succumbed to her inj_ries on the spot.
The police were notified of the incident and promptly launched an investigation. Following a thorough probe, they tracked down and arrested Honest Nkomo, who has since been charged with m_rder.
It is believed that Honest Nkomo’s anger was sparked by his discovery of the unknown substance in his porridge.
