Real Madrid and Spain right back, Dani Carvajal has made it clear that if he ever leaves the club, he will not continue his career in Europe. Dani explained that he would never play against Real Madrid, whether in the UEFA Champions League or any other European competition.
Speaking to the media, the 32-year-oid defender quoted saying, “If I ever leave Real Madrid, I will not play in Europe. I will not compete against Real Madrid in the Champions League or in Spain.”
Carvajal shared that he had a conversation with former Real Madrid forward Joselu, who now plays in the Qatar Stars League for Al Gharafa. Joselu told Carvajal that he is waiting for him in Qatar, offering him a spot in the team.
“Joselu tells me: I’m waiting for you here. I’m saving the RB spot for you,” he added.
Currently, the long-standing defender has sidelined with a season-long ACL injury, which he is working hard to recover from. Dani’s contract with Real Madrid runs until june 2026, but his future remains uncertain.
