A local training hub Impact Training Institute recently launched a new and robust engagement forum dubbed ” Capacity Building Indaba”.
The trainings focus on leadership and organizational aspects which are contextualized for the Church and the market place. The topics covered include organizational culture and sustainable growth, conflict management, leading in the age of AI, Corporate identity ,policy development and management. These are just a sample of what is covered during the Capacity Building Indaba.
One of the trainers is Professor Elias Chakabwata who holds several local , regional and international qualifications in leadership and organizational growth. He is also a patron of these Capacity Building meetings .
” We need to demystify the mystified as far as leadership is concerned. Leadership is key for sustainable growth in this age of artifical intelligence. If leaders are not careful they can become irrelevant and redundant because things are changing so fast.” , said Professor Elias Chakabwata during a recently held indaba.
In a few weeks to come the leadership indaba shall roar to life. One of the most outstanding features of these meetings is that people come from all the provinces of Zimbabwe to be empowered and equipped for the challenges of the day.
