Former Zengeza West legislator Job Sikhala who was recently convicted for publishing falsehoods has been sentenced to pay a fine of US$500, today he was found not guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Harare magistrate Yeukai Dzuda has found former Zengeza West MP and CCC Vice Chairperson Job Sikhala and councillor Lovemore Maiko not guilty and acquitted them on a charge of disorderly conduct.
The two were represented by Jeremiah Bamu and Harrison Nkomo of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights.
