Fanethi Ndlovu, a 41-year-old commuter omnibus driver from Kensington on the outskirts of Bulawayo, has been charged with ass@ult after allegedly att@cking a passenger who failed to pay US$10 for transport fare.
The incident occurred when Ndlovu demanded payment from the passenger, and upon not receiving it, he reportedly became aggressive and ass@ulted the individual.
Ndlovu appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Challenge Mahambe, where he pleaded guilty to the ass@ult charge.
As the case progresses, it will serve as a reminder of the potential consequences for those who engage in vi0lent behavior or fail to meet professional standards
