Patrick Mutenha has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department Theft Squad (VTS) on alleged involvement in fr@ud,exortion and unauthorised selling of clients motor vehicles.
He has been on the run from the authorities since since last Friday following reports of thress cases of fr@ud,exortion and vehicle th3ft against him.
