Impact Training Institute recently held a one day Executive capacity building Seminar in Harare which was attended by people from different parts of Zimbabwe.
Speaking during the seminar Impact Training Institute Executive President who is also a leadership consultant and organizational growth expert emphasized the need for leaders to use emotional intelligence as they discharge their duties .”Leadership is not for those with clay feet”, said Professor Chakabwata.
He outlined how a toxic work environment can stifle growth and innovation .
He further challenged the delegates to continue developing themselves as leaders .” Leaders can become lids” said Professor Elias Chakabwata.
This year’s Executive Seminar drew people from Zvishavane , Bindura , Concession , Masvingo and Centenary.
Harare was well represented by individuals from the corporate world and the market place.
Among topics that were discussed during the seminar were : organizational culture , Supervision ,Change management , delegation and crisis management .
Impact Training Institute offers a variety of courses that are meant to develop individuals to positively impact their spheres of influence .
