Controversial self-proclaimed prophet Talent Madungwe has found himself in legal hot water after being arr3sted for driving a car he received from businessman Wicknell Chivayo—without a driver’s license.
Madungwe was taken to court on charges of negligent driving and operating a vehicle unlawfully.
He had gained notoriety for his outlandish claims, like saying he dines with God in Heaven, but now faces serious consequences for his traffic violations.
Months ago, Chivayo gifted Madungwe a Toyota Aqua, appreciating his entertaining personality.
However, one condition of the gift was that Madungwe would obtain a valid driver’s license.
According to sources, in the Harare Magistrate’s Court, prosecutors revealed that Madungwe did not have a license at the time of his arr3st.
