A 21-year-old man from South Africa has been apprehended by police for the heinous crime of r@ping an 86-year-old woman.
The alleged ass@ult occurred on the night of September 9, 2024, when the suspect reportedly attempted to lift the victim’s clothes, strangled her, and silenced her cries for help.
The elderly woman endured the traumatic ordeal throughout the night, only managing to alert others the following morning.
The suspect fled but was later tracked down and arrested in Limpopo’s Kirkvorsfontein area. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 12, 2024.
This disturbing incident follows a similar case last month, where a 27-year-old man was arrested for breaking into a 101-year-old woman’s home, strangling, and r@ping her.
