Chivhu Magistrate has handed down a severe 20-year prison sentence to a 33-year-old man from Beatrice, Zimbabwe, convicted of rap!ng his 49-year-old mentally challenged mother-in-law.

The despicable inc!dent was brought to light when the acc+sed’s stepson, a 13-year-old boy, acc!dentally stumbled upon the wick3d act on the morning of December 20, 2023. Returning home early from his visit to MuZion’s place, the boy was horrified to witness his stepfather vi0lating the v!ctim, his own mentally challenged mother-in-law.
When the acc+sed person noticed that his step son had seen him he put on his clothes and left the room. The 13 year old step son reported the matter to another relative leading to the acc+sed person’s arr3st.
