This social experiment was created by the organizers of a YouTube channel called ‘Experiment King.’ In the prank video, one of them disguised as a beggar and went to various mobile showrooms in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Most of the mobile stores didn’t allow him to enter, and many refused to accept the coins as payment. Eventually, a shop owner agreed to accept the coins and handed him an iPhone Pro Max model. After the transaction was completed, the shop owner was in for a surprise when the beggar revealed that it was all a prank.

The video quickly went viral with over 33.7 million views and 3.4 million likes, leaving netizens astonished at how a beggar could buy an iPhone, however, most users knew that it was scripted. Still, netizens found the reaction of the Apple store staff heartwarming and shared their thoughts in the comment section.
