Police in Goromonzi have arrested a 30-year-old man named Parence Chishiri in connection with the tragic m_rder of his wife, Shorai Kundishora, aged 29.
The incident took place at Chishiri Village in Rusike, where the suspect allegedly struck his wife with a fist on the ear during a heated argument.
Reports indicate that the violent outburst was fueled by accusations of infidelity made by Chishiri against his wife.
Unfortunately, the assault resulted in severe inj_ries, and Shorai died shortly after being admitted to a local clinic in Goromonzi.
The police have stated that they are taking this case very seriously and are gathering additional evidence to ensure that justice is served.
Community members are reportedly in shock over the incident, as the couple was well-known in their neighborhood.
