A 29-year-old man in Mokamole, Makekeng, outside Mokopane, Limpopo, has been arrested by police after allegedly st@bbing his brother to d3ath.
According to police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba, the brothers had an argument that escalated into a vi0lent confrontation.
The younger brother allegedly pulled out a sharp instrument and st@bbed the older brother during the heated conversation.
Their mother attempted to intervene and separate the brothers, but it was too late. The victim had already suffered fatal !njuries and was bl33ding profusely.
Despite efforts to save his life, the victim was rushed to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his !njuries.
The following day, the suspect, who had fled the scene after the @ttack, handed himself over to police at Tinmyne. He was taken into custody and charged with murd3r.
The police have opened a case of murder in connection with the incident, and an investigation is ongoing.
