A 24-year-old peasant farmer named Abedinico Nzowa has d!ed by su!cide, hanging himself from a mango tree behind his home in Kalulushi.
This tragedy unfolded after a violent confrontation with his girlfriend, Clara Tembo, who became unconscious during the altercation, leading Nzowa to fear she was d3ad.
The unsettling incident was reported to the Kalulushi Police Station by Nzowa’s sister.
According to her account, the disagreement arose when Tembo refused Nzowa’s s3xual advances, escalating to a physical fight.
In the heat of the moment, Nzowa struck Tembo, causing her to lose consciousness.
Mistakenly believing that she had d!ed, he took his own life.
Miraculously, Tembo eventually regained consciousness and discovered Nzowa’s lifeless body.
In sh0ck, she reported the situation to the Community Crime Prevention Unit, which subsequently contacted the police.
Upon their arrival, authorities found Nzowa’s body hanging from the tree, with no apparent injuries other than a protruding tongue.
Sp3rm was also discovered in his trousers, suggesting the circumstances surrounding the altercation.
His body was then transported to the Kalulushi General Hospital Mortuary for further investigation.
Meanwhile, Tembo suffered multiple injuries, including a bruised neck and severe headaches, prompting the police to issue her a medical report form for treatment.
