A man from Bulawayo was devastated to discover that the person his wife had been introducing as her cousin was actually her boyfriend.
To make matters worse, he often found them together in their home while he was at work.
His suspicions were confirmed when he caught them in bed together.
The couple, who are now separated, are fighting over custody of their two young children, ages 10 and 6. The wife has asked for full custody, but the husband argues against it in his affidavit.
He claims his wife has brought boyfriends into their home, claiming they were just cousins, and engaged in s3xual activities with them in the children’s presence.

The husband reveals he is also worried about her use of dru_gs and alcohol, which he believes makes her an unstable and unsafe parent.
“She brings her boyfriends home and has intimate relations with them in front of the children. This behavior is harmful to our kids, and she shouldn’t be living with them. Even when we were still together, she brought home her boyfriend, claiming he was just a cousin, until I caught them in bed together. I’m also worried about her drug and alcohol use, which is not good for the children.”
He describes her behavior as harmful to the children’s well-being and argues that she is not fit to be their primary caregiver.
He also accuses her of delaying their divorce by ignoring legal notices and using a protection order against him as a strategy in their custody battle.
Finally, he insists that she has been physically abus!ve toward him and is using the protection order to gain an unfair advantage.
