The Masvingo community is in mourning following the sudden d3ath of a Form One student just as the new school term was about to begin.
The student was found deceased at home, where her family had been preparing her for her return to Zimuto High School.
Her father, Chris Mezah, is deeply grieving and shocked by this tragic event and has leaked a su!c!de letter left behind by the d3ceased.
The unexpected loss has profoundly impacted the community, leaving friends, family, and classmates struggling to come to terms with it.

The letter left behind a letter has since been circulating online which translates to:
“Dear Mama,
I am so sorry for everything you are going through because of me. I regret causing you this pain.
I am truly sorry for disappointing you. I understand that my actions have created one less worry for you, as you no longer need to spend money on my education or other needs.
Please forgive me.
I regret not meeting your expectations, especially in my studies. I am sorry for failing and for not living up to what you hoped for me.
I hope that in the future, you will be blessed with children who will bring you joy and never cause you this kind of distress. I appreciate all the love and care you have given me.
Thank you for everything.”
